Dein neues Lieblingswerkzeug in der Küche: das triangle Spirit Universalmesser mit 16 cm Klingenlänge. Dieses vielseitige Messer eignet sich hervorragend zum Schneiden von Gemüse, Filetieren von Fisch oder Portionieren von Fleisch. Die schmale, fein geschliffene Klinge aus gehärtetem Edelstahl sorgt für präzise und saubere Schnitte.

Der ergonomisch geformte Griff besteht aus Green-Grip-Kunststoff, einem biobasierten Material mit 40% Holzanteil. Dieses nachhaltige Material bietet die gleichen Vorteile wie herkömmlicher Kunststoff: Es ist robust, langlebig, lebensmittelecht und liegt angenehm in der Hand. Zudem ist der Griff fugenlos verarbeitet, was für eine hygienische Handhabung sorgt.

Die Klinge ist auf 58 HRC gehärtet und nach Solinger Tradition von Hand geschliffen, was eine außergewöhnliche und dauerhafte Schärfe gewährleistet. Bei Bedarf lässt sich die Schneide problemlos nachschärfen. Das Messer ist spülmaschinengeeignet, jedoch wird die Reinigung per Hand empfohlen, um die Langlebigkeit zu erhöhen.
