The blade is made of hardened, stainless special steel with a hardness of 58 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness. If needed, the edge can be easily sharpened.

The seamlessly crafted handle made of Green-Grip plastic feels comfortable in the hand and ensures hygienic handling. Green-Grip is a bio-based plastic that is more resource-efficient and sustainable than conventional plastics. In terms of its properties, Green-Grip is on par with regular PP plastic: robust, durable, food-safe, and very pleasant to the touch. The blade and handle are precisely matched and balanced, allowing for fatigue-free work.

Whether you're cutting vegetables, carving meat, or chopping herbs – this chef's knife is a reliable companion for various cutting tasks. It is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to maintain its longevity.
