This spatula features a 14 cm long blade made of hardened stainless steel, which is tapered towards the tip. This design makes the front area flexible and springy, while the back part provides the necessary stability. The special functional polish ensures an exceptionally smooth surface and soft edges that protect your cooking utensils.

The integrated holes in the blade allow for draining oil and other liquids, which is particularly advantageous when preparing greasy foods like fried potatoes or fried fish. This way, you can easily let excess fat drain off and prepare your dishes in a healthier way.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made of Green-Grip plastic, a bio-based material with a 40% wood content. This handle feels comfortable in the hand and allows for fatigue-free working. Additionally, it is equipped with a practical hanging loop, so you can store the spatula in a space-saving manner.

Whether flipping pancakes, lifting fish fillets, or serving lasagna – this spatula is a versatile helper in your kitchen. It is rust-free and dishwasher safe, making cleaning particularly easy.
