Details
Universally usable lid with a diameter of 28 cm, made from safety glass with a stainless steel ring. A small steam vent prevents the lid from rattling when cooking at high temperatures. The screwed lid knob is made of a special plastic. It does not heat up even during prolonged cooking. Since the plastic handle is only heat resistant up to 200 degrees Celsius, you should not use the lid in the oven.
Please note that this lid does not fit all pans from de Buyer. We have listed which pans this lid does not fit under "Special Features" below.
