If you are looking for a versatile and durable frying pan, the de Buyer Choc Extreme-Loqy pan with a 28 cm diameter is just right for you. Made from 3 mm thick die-cast aluminum, it offers excellent heat conduction and retention, so your dishes cook evenly.
The high-quality PTFE-based non-stick coating allows low-fat frying and prevents food from sticking. This makes even delicate dishes like fish fillets or omelets effortless to prepare. In addition, the coating is extremely heat- and abrasion-resistant, which increases the pan's longevity.
A special feature of the Loqy series is the removable handle system. The pan has two handle attachments to which you can attach either the Loqy handle or the Loqy loop handles. These are available separately and allow flexible handling as well as space-saving storage through stackability.
Thanks to the base reinforced with magnetic steel, the pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. It is oven-safe up to 250 °C and can be occasionally cleaned in the dishwasher. For longer life, however, we recommend hand washing with warm water and a soft sponge.
