The reinforced PTFE-based non-stick coating inside the pan allows for low-fat frying and prevents batter from sticking. This coating is heat-resistant up to 250°C and is characterized by high abrasion resistance. To ensure the longevity of the coating, it is advisable to use kitchen utensils made of wood or silicone and to avoid sharp-edged tools.

The flat, polished stainless steel handle is securely riveted to the body and is bent steeply upwards in the French style.
