In the Fibre Carbon 1 knife collection, de Buyer combines the robustness and hardness of Western European knives with the sharpness of Asian knives.
The 36.5 cm long chef's knife is a versatile kitchen knife suitable for most kitchen tasks. It is perfectly balanced for filleting fish and meat, as well as cutting herbs and vegetables, and it feels light in the hand. It can be used by both left-handed and right-handed individuals.
The chef's knife features a blade made from a single piece of German stainless steel X50CrMoV15. It also has an ergonomic high-tech handle made from multiple layers of carbon fiber.
We recommend avoiding dishwasher cleaning and instead cleaning the chef's knife by hand.
