This 16.3-inch chef's knife is equally suitable for precise cutting of meat, vegetables, and fish. It is perfectly balanced and feels light in the hand.
The chef's knife features a blade made from a single piece of German stainless steel X50CrMoV15. The knife has an ergonomic high-tech handle made of multiple layers of carbon fiber. It can be used by both left-handed and right-handed individuals.
We recommend avoiding dishwasher cleaning and cleaning the knife by hand.
