With the KAI Seki Magoroku Master Line Migaki Gyuto 19.5 cm you get a versatile chef's knife suitable for almost all cutting tasks in the kitchen. Whether you're chopping vegetables, mincing herbs or preparing meat and fish – this knife is your reliable partner.

The blade is made of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a core of VG XEOS steel, providing an exceptional hardness of 61±1 HRC. This combination allows for long-lasting sharpness and precise cuts. The high-polished edge reduces cutting resistance and thus makes the work easier.

The handle, made of gray-patterned pakkawood, is ergonomically shaped in a hexagonal form and feels comfortable in the hand. This shape gives you excellent control while cutting and helps prevent fatigue, even during longer cooking sessions.

With a blade length of 19.5 cm this Gyuto knife is ideal for precise cuts and versatile kitchen applications. The double-bevel edge geometry allows comfortable use for both right- and left-handed users.

Please note that this high-quality knife should be washed by hand only to preserve the quality and longevity of the blade.
