KAI Seki Magoroku Migaki
The KAI Seki Magoroku Master Line MIGAKI knives are the second edition of the premium series and are characterized by a design inspired by classic samurai swords. The blade and handle feature a distinctive curvature, while the elegant damask pattern resembles a vibrant water surface.
All knives in the series have the Gyūtō blade shape, which is being introduced to KAI's European range for the first time. The combination of extremely hard VG-Xeos steel in the core and 32 layers of damask steel ensures exceptional sharpness, edge retention, and delicate cuts.
The handles are handcrafted from gray-marbled Pakkawood. Their ergonomic, hexagonal shape provides a secure grip, high comfort, and reduces fatigue even during extended use.
Please note that the KAI Shun Kohen knives are not dishwasher safe. Hand washing with warm water and mild detergent, followed by immediate drying, is recommended to maintain the quality and sharpness of the blades in the long term.
