Details

Universally usable zester from the Microplane Premium Classic series, with a 20 cm long and 2.5 cm wide stainless steel blade and an anthracite-gray soft-touch handle. The grating result is very fine.

The Premium Classic series evolved from the original Classic series and was adapted to the needs of chefs with the ergonomically shaped, non-slip soft-touch handle. The photo-chemically etched stainless steel blades are razor-sharp and durable. Every Microplane grater includes a reusable blade cover.
