Details

Universally usable zester from the Microplane Premium Classic series, with a 20 cm long and 2.5 cm wide stainless steel blade and a cashmere-beige soft-touch handle. The grating result is very fine.

The Premium Classic series evolved from the original Classic series and was adapted to chefs' needs with the ergonomically shaped, non-slip soft-touch handle. The photo-chemically etched stainless steel blades are razor-sharp and durable. Each Microplane grater includes a reusable blade guard.
