Details

Universal zester from the Microplane Premium Classic series, featuring a 20 cm long and 2.5 cm wide stainless steel blade and a denim-blue soft-touch handle. The grating result is very fine.

The Premium Classic series evolved from the original Classic series and the ergonomically shaped, non-slip soft-touch handle was adapted to the needs of chefs. The photo-chemically etched stainless steel blades are razor-sharp and long-lasting. Each Microplane grater includes a reusable blade cover.
