With the Nesmuk Exklusiv C 100 Damascus chef’s knife featuring an 18 cm blade and a handle made of desert ironwood, you receive a masterpiece of forging. The hand-forged blade is made from 240 layers of Damascus steel and reaches a hardness of 63 HRC, providing exceptional sharpness and durability. The double-sided hollow grind minimizes sticking of food to the blade and allows precise work. The NPC coating protects the blade from corrosion and preserves its quality over time. The ergonomically shaped handle of noble desert ironwood sits comfortably in the hand and gives the knife a distinctive aesthetic. Whether finely slicing vegetables or breaking down meat — this chef’s knife is a reliable companion for demanding kitchen tasks.
