The hand-forged blade consists of 120 layers of Damascus steel with a carbon content of 1.0%, ensuring exceptional sharpness and durability. The double-sided hollow grind reduces the adhesion of food and allows for effortless work. Thanks to the special NPC coating (Nesmuk Protective Coating), the blade is protected against corrosion. The solid, seamless handle made of Karelian birch feels comfortable in the hand and gives the knife an elegant appearance. The polished stainless steel bolster completes the design. The knife is delivered in a matte black wooden box, including a leather sheath and a certificate of authenticity. An indispensable tool for demanding chefs who value quality and aesthetics.
