Details

Your demand for precision and quality in the kitchen is met with the Nesmuk Exklusiv C150 Damascus Office Knife. The 9 cm long blade is made of 200 layers of hand-forged Damascus steel, which encloses a cutting core made of the finest carbon steel with a carbon content of 1.5%. This combination provides an exceptional hardness of 65 HRC and allows for precise cuts.

The double-sided hollow grind reduces resistance when cutting and improves control. To protect against corrosion, the blade is coated with the Nesmuk Protective Coating (NPC), a special coating that makes maintenance easier.

The handle made of Karelian birch, a noble wood from Northeastern Europe, feels comfortable in the hand and gives the knife a unique touch. The high-gloss polished stainless steel bolster complements the elegant design.

The delivery includes a high-quality leather sheath and a leather honing strap, which help maintain the knife's value. Packaged in a black piano lacquer box with a certificate of authenticity, this office knife also makes an excellent gift for ambitious hobby cooks and professionals.
