The body of the Choc Extreme series is made of cast aluminum. Aluminum is pressed into shape under high pressure, resulting in very high stability and strength. Since aluminum is a very good heat conductor, the entire cookware heats up quickly and evenly.

However, aluminum reacts with food. Therefore, the entire body is enclosed in a reinforced and truly extreme robust non-stick coating based on PTFE, oven-safe up to 250 degrees Celsius! The handle grips and the body of the sauteuse are made from a single piece. Any lid with the same diameter can be used for covering.
