With the Global GS-13R utility knife, you get a versatile tool for your kitchen, particularly suitable for cutting tomatoes, citrus fruits, and other foods with a firm skin and soft interior. The 15 cm long blade with fine serration allows for precise cuts without crushing the delicate flesh.

Made from high-quality Cromova 18 steel, the blade is characterized by a hardness of 58±1 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and durability. The ergonomically shaped, oval stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance and fits comfortably in the hand. The stamped blade with a fine knife back allows for precise guidance and control when cutting.

Please note that this knife is not dishwasher safe. To maintain the sharpness and quality of the blade, it is recommended to clean the knife by hand after use and dry it carefully.
