Your reliable partner for precise cutting tasks: The Global GS-3 utility knife with a blade length of 13 cm is a versatile tool, ideal for cutting fruits, vegetables, and smaller pieces of meat. The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel and has a hardness of 58±1 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and durability. The double-edged blade allows effortless cutting through various ingredients.

The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance. The characteristic black dots on the handle provide a secure grip, even with wet hands. The seamless construction of the knife meets the highest hygiene standards and makes cleaning easy.

Weighing approximately 105 g, the knife is lightweight and allows for precise work. The blade height of 3 cm provides ample space for finger guidance, while the blade thickness of 2 mm ensures stability. The total length of the knife is 24 cm, with the handle measuring 11 cm.

The GS-3 utility knife is part of the GS series by Global, known for its high-quality, stamped blades. This series mainly includes smaller kitchen knives, distinguished by their sharpness and longevity. The knives of the GS series are suitable for both professional chefs and ambitious home cooks.
