The Global GS-9R tomato knife with an 8 cm blade length and serrated edge is designed precisely for this purpose. The fine serrated edge allows for precise cuts through tomatoes, lemons, and other fruits with firm skins without crushing them.

The blade is made of high-quality Cromova 18 steel with a hardness of 58 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and durability. The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is filled with sand to ensure optimal balance. The characteristic dots on the handle provide additional grip, even with wet hands.

This knife is part of the GS series from Global, known for its stamped blades and fine knife backs. It is excellent for precise cutting tasks in the kitchen, especially with delicate ingredients. With the GS-9R tomato knife, cutting tomatoes and similar fruits becomes a breeze.
