Large pieces of meat are difficult to lift with pliers, for which you need a meat fork. With its sharpened prongs, you can skewer the meat and easily carry/lift/move it to the desired location.
The Alpha meat fork has 18 cm long, sharpened prongs made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. The high-quality steel was used so that the prongs do not bend when lifting and remain sharp permanently.
Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the tip of the blade to the double bolster. The double bolster, a special feature of Güde knives, provides a counterweight to the blade. The knife is perfectly balanced. The special steel blend and the elaborate manufacturing process with over 30 manual steps give the rust-free blades with a hardness of about 58 HRC a special robustness and durability.
The finely polished Hostaform handle scales are embedded in the steel and triple-riveted. Hostaform plastic is extremely resistant, very hygienic, and feels comfortable in the hand. The Alpha series meets the strict requirements for use in gastronomy and offers the largest variety of models.
