Güde Alpha Porterhouse steak knife 12 cm - Hostaform handle scales
Big steaks call for big steak knives, otherwise they can't be cut into bite-sized pieces. The Porterhouse steak knife is one such long knife. While the knife can't improve the meat, it can enhance the enjoyment.
The Alpha Porterhouse steak knife has a 12 cm long blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel with very fine serrations. If you come across any tendons in your steak, you can easily cut through them with the knife.
Güde knives are hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, from the tip of the blade to the double bolster. The double bolster, a special feature of Güde knives, provides a counterbalance to the blade. The knife is perfectly balanced. The special steel blend and the elaborate manufacturing process with over 30 manual steps give the rust-free blades with a hardness of approximately 58 HRC a special robustness and durability.
The finely polished Hostaform handle scales are embedded in the steel and triple-riveted. Hostaform plastic is extremely resistant, very hygienic, and feels comfortable in the hand. The Alpha series meets the strict requirements for use in the gastronomy industry and offers the widest range of models.
