Details

Your bread knife should not only be sharp but also glide effortlessly through any crust. The Nesmuk Soul bread knife with a 27 cm blade length meets exactly this requirement. The blade is made of high-quality Swedish knife steel with a hardness of about 58 HRC and features an innovative serrated edge with two differently designed teeth. This construction allows for precise cutting from soft crumbs to hard crusts.

The ergonomically shaped handle made of Karelian curly birch fits comfortably in the hand and ensures optimal balance. This wood is characterized by its contrasting grain, giving each knife an individual appearance. The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel complements the noble design and provides additional stability.

The bread knife is delivered in a matte black box, which not only ensures safe storage but also contains a certificate of authenticity. This way, you receive a high-quality tool that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
