Details

Your daily bread deserves a knife that impresses both in function and design. The Nesmuk Soul bread knife with a 27 cm blade length and olive wood handle combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative technology.

The blade is made of high-quality Swedish knife steel with a hardness of about 58 HRC. A specially developed double-wave grind with two differently designed teeth allows effortless cutting through soft crumb and hard crusts without crushing the bread or creating excessive crumbs. Additionally, this grind protects your cutting surface and reduces scratches.

The ergonomically shaped handle made from hand-selected, wild-grown olive wood feels comfortable in the hand and ensures optimal balance. The ferrule made of matte brushed stainless steel complements the elegant design and ensures durability.

The bread knife is delivered in a matte black box, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. A tool that should not be missing in any kitchen.
