Details
Der Soul Slicer mit der 16 cm langen Klinge aus einem Spezialstahl ist ein Filetiermesser. Die Stahllegierung der Klinge beinhaltet das seltene Element Niob. Durch diesen hohen Niob-Anteil wird ein feinst-mögliches Stahlgefüge trotz Rostträgheit erreicht und resultiert in einer extrem hohen Festigkeit, Standzeit und Schnitthaltigkeit. Der Härtegrad von circa 60 HRC, der Flachschliff und die schmale, leicht flexible Klinge machen den Slicer zum perfekten Werkzeug für das Filetieren, Parieren, Filieren und Schneiden hauchdünner Scheiben (Slices).

Der massive und fugenlose Griff in dieser Variante ist aus karelischer Maserbirke, einer Birkenart, die in Nordeuropa heimisch ist. Das hellgraue bis hellbraune Holz zeigt eine starke, kontrastreiche und unverwechselbare Maserung, durch den langsamen Wuchs entsteht. Karelische Maserbirke ist ein typisches Griffmaterial skandinavischer Messer. Der Übergang zwischen Klinge und Griff wird von einer Zwinge aus matt gebürstetem Edelstahl geschmückt.

Der Soul Slicer wird in einer hochwertigen mattschwarzen Schatulle mit dem Nesmuk Echtheitszertifikat geliefert.
