Details

With the Nesmuk Soul Bread Knife 27 cm with a handle made of zebrawood, you get a high-quality tool for your kitchen. The 27 cm long blade made of Swedish knife steel with a hardness of about 58 HRC allows for precise cutting. The special serrated edge with two differently designed teeth ensures that you can effortlessly cut through both hard crusts and soft crumbs.

The ergonomically shaped, seamless handle made of zebrawood feels comfortable in the hand and gives the knife an elegant appearance. The matte brushed stainless steel ferrule complements the design and provides additional stability. The bread knife is delivered in a matte black box that contains a Nesmuk certificate of authenticity.

Please note that the knife is not dishwasher safe. Clean the blade under running hot water with dish soap and dry it well afterward. Do not use cleaning agents with abrasives to avoid scratches. Wooden handles should not be left in water and should be dried well after cleaning. Occasionally oiling the handle, for example with camellia oil, maintains the beauty of the wood.

For maintenance and to preserve sharpness, the Nesmuk strop is recommended. If necessary, the sharpness can be restored with the Nesmuk sharpening rod. Additionally, Nesmuk offers a professional resharpening service.
