Details

The Peugeot Bistro Chef salt mill is a modern reinterpretation of the historic Model Z from 1874. Made from brushed 304L stainless steel, it impresses with exceptional resistance and durability. Its functional design is engineered for top performance and makes the mill especially robust against cold, heat and shocks – ideal for intensive use in kitchens and gastronomy.

Inside works the Zirlion grinding mechanism, an innovation from Peugeot, made from particularly resilient zirconia. It ensures an even grind and intense salt flavor even with small quantities. The grind size can be adjusted precisely via the knob on the top: the tighter it is turned, the finer the salt is ground.

The salt mill is made in France and is suitable for grinding dry salt crystals up to 6 mm. Peugeot provides a 25-year warranty on the Zirlion grinding mechanism in Germany and a 5-year warranty on the product. Spices are included in the delivery.
