The heart of this mill is the innovative Zirlion grinding mechanism made from zirconia, an extremely hard and corrosion-resistant material. It ensures precise grinding and brings out the fine nuances of the salt. The grind size can be adjusted via the top screw: the tighter you turn it, the finer the grind.

With a height of 10 cm the mill sits comfortably in the hand and is ideal for everyday use. It is specifically designed for dry salt and is not suitable for moist sea salt. Whether refining fresh salads, seasoning pasta or finishing soups — this mill is your reliable kitchen companion.

The Bistro salt mill is made in France and stands for quality and durability. Peugeot offers a 25-year warranty on the grinding mechanism, underscoring the high value of this product.
