Details

With the Peugeot Bistro Duo, consisting of a pepper mill and a salt mill, you bring a touch of French flair directly to your table. This set is a tribute to the legendary Model Z from 1874 and combines traditional design with modern functionality.

The pepper mill is presented in an elegant chocolate brown, while the salt mill is made of natural beech wood. Both mills are equipped with Peugeot’s proven hardened steel grinding mechanism, known for its durability and precision. The grind size can be adjusted individually via the top screw: the tighter you turn it, the finer the result. The two-row spiral gearing of the pepper mill ensures the grains are first pre-cut and then finely ground. For optimal results, use peppercorns with a maximum diameter of 6 mm. The salt grinder is specially designed for dry salt crystals up to 4 mm and is not suitable for damp sea salt.

Refilling the mills is extremely simple: you can conveniently refill them by unscrewing the mill head. A "P" or "S" on the silver top screw identifies each mill and prevents mix-ups. With a height of 10 cm, the mills are compact and handy, ideal for everyday use in the kitchen or on the dining table.
