If you are looking for a compact and reliable salt mill, the Peugeot Bistro salt mill is just right for you. With its classic design and handy size, it fits perfectly on any dining table and in any kitchen.
Made from high-quality beech wood, the mill convinces not only with its appearance but also with its durability. At its heart is the innovative Zirlion grinding mechanism made of zirconia, an extremely hard and corrosion-resistant material. This ensures precise grinding and brings out the fine nuances of the salt perfectly.
The grind setting is adjusted via the head screw: the tighter you turn it, the finer the grind. This allows you to customize the grind to your needs, whether for fine salt to season soups and sauces or for coarse salt that you sprinkle over a juicy steak.
Please note that the mill is designed for dry rock salt up to a size of 4 mm and is not suitable for moist sea salt. For cleaning, a soft cloth is sufficient; the mill should neither be immersed in liquid nor cleaned in the dishwasher.
