If you are looking for an elegant and functional mill set for your kitchen, the Peugeot Bistro Duo in transparent acrylic is an excellent choice. This set consists of a pepper mill and a salt mill, which convince not only with their timeless design but also with their high-quality grinding mechanisms.
The pepper mill is equipped with a robust steel grinding mechanism specifically designed for grinding black, white, green or red pepper as well as pink berries (up to 15% in a pepper blend) and coriander seeds. The salt mill features the innovative Zirlion grinding mechanism made of zirconia, which impresses with exceptional hardness and precision and is ideal for dry salt crystals (rock salt) up to a size of 4 mm. Moist sea salt should not be used in this mill.
The grind setting can be adjusted on both mills using the knob on the head: the tighter you turn the knob, the finer the grind. This precise adjustment allows you to season your dishes exactly to your taste, whether refining fresh salads, seasoning pasta or finishing meat dishes.
With a height of 10 cm, the mills fit comfortably in the hand and are easy to refill: simply unscrew the mill head, fill in the spices and close again. The silver head screws are marked with a "P" for pepper and an "S" for salt, so you always keep track.
