With the Riess Classic Color Red baking dish in the dimensions 36 x 21.5 cm you bring not only color but also functionality to your kitchen. This rectangular dish is perfect for a variety of recipes — whether a hearty lasagna, a classic casserole, or a delicious fruit tart.

Made of enameled steel, the baking dish impresses with its excellent heat conduction. It responds quickly to temperature changes, allowing for energy-efficient cooking and baking. The pore-free smooth surface is not only hygienic and neutral in taste but also cut- and scratch-resistant, which makes cleaning easier and ensures durability.

The turned edge, also called a rolled rim, gives the dish additional stability and makes handling easier. The dish is widened at the short sides to ensure a secure grip. With heat resistance up to 450°C and a recommended operating temperature of 220°C, it is versatile and withstands even high demands.
