With the Riess Classic Color Red baking dish measuring 36 x 21.5 cm, you bring both color and functionality to your kitchen. This rectangular dish is very well suited to a wide variety of dishes—whether it's a hearty lasagna, a classic casserole, or a delicious fruit cake.

Made of enameled steel, the baking dish offers very good heat conductivity. It responds quickly to temperature changes, allowing you to cook and bake with precision. The nonporous, smooth surface is not only hygienic and taste-neutral, but also cut- and scratch-resistant, making cleaning easier and ensuring durability.

The inward-rolled edge, also called a rolled rim, gives the dish additional stability and makes it easier to handle. The dish is wider at the short sides to ensure a secure grip. With heat resistance up to 450°C and a recommended operating temperature of 220°C, it is versatile and stands up to demanding use.
