Details

With the Riess Classic Color Red Bundt Pan measuring 22 cm in diameter, you can take your baking skills to a new level. This pan is ideal for preparing marble Bundt cake or similar cakes and impresses with its classic design in bright red on the outside and elegant black on the inside.

Made of enameled steel, the pan offers a pore-free smooth surface that is hygienic, neutral in taste, and resistant to cuts and scratches. The rolled rim, also called a beaded edge, provides additional stability and makes handling easier. Thanks to the material's excellent heat conductivity, heat is distributed evenly, resulting in optimal baking results. The pan also responds quickly to changes in heat input and is temperature-resistant up to 450°C, with a recommended operating temperature of 220°C.

Cleaning is particularly easy thanks to the smooth surface. To prevent the batter from sticking, it is advisable to grease the pan well before filling and dust it with flour or breadcrumbs. This way your cakes can be released from the pan effortlessly and presented nicely.
