With the Riess Classic Color Red roasting pan in 32 x 22 cm including lid, you bring a versatile cookware piece into your kitchen. Whether juicy roasts, hearty casseroles or sweet cakes – this pan masters them all.

Made of high-quality enamel, it impresses with its cut- and scratch-resistant surface. The pore-free glass coating is not only hygienic but also easy to clean. Thanks to the iron core, heat is distributed evenly and retained efficiently, enabling energy-saving cooking.

The well-fitting lid can be used separately as an additional baking or casserole dish. Equipped with two enameled handles, the pan can be handled safely. It is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction, and withstands temperatures up to 450°C, with a maximum recommended operating temperature of 220°C.

Whether you want to braise a tender pork roast or bake a delicious apple cake – this roasting pan makes it effortless. A tip: When baking, grease the pan well and dust with flour or breadcrumbs so the cake releases easily.
