Mit der Riess Classic Color Rot Rehrückenform aus Emaille kannst du traditionelle österreichische Rehrücken-Kuchen sowie Pasteten und Parfaits zubereiten. Die halbrunde Form mit Rillen sorgt für ein ansprechendes Backergebnis.

Die Form besteht aus emailliertem Stahl mit einer porenlos glatten Oberfläche, die hygienisch, geschmacksneutral sowie schnitt- und kratzresistent ist. Dank des Eisenkerns wird die Wärme gleichmäßig verteilt, was zu energiesparendem Backen führt. Die Form reagiert schnell auf Veränderungen der Energiezufuhr und ist temperaturbeständig bis 450°C, wobei eine empfohlene Betriebstemperatur von 220°C angegeben ist.

Mit einer Länge von 30 cm, einer Breite von 10 cm und einer Höhe von 6,7 cm bietet die Form ausreichend Platz für deine Backkreationen. Die Reinigung gestaltet sich dank der glatten Oberfläche besonders einfach. Für optimale Ergebnisse empfiehlt es sich, die Form vor dem Einfüllen des Teigs gut einzufetten und mit Mehl oder Bröseln zu bestreuen, um ein Anhaften zu verhindern.
