Details

With the Riess Classic Color red Rehrücken mold made of enamel, you can prepare traditional Austrian Rehrücken cakes as well as pâtés and parfaits. The half‑round mold with grooves ensures an attractive baking result.

The mold is made of enameled steel with a pore‑free smooth surface that is hygienic, flavor‑neutral, and resistant to cuts and scratches. Thanks to the iron core, heat is distributed evenly, which leads to energy‑efficient baking. The mold reacts quickly to changes in heat input and is temperature‑resistant up to 450°C, with a recommended operating temperature of 220°C.

With a length of 30 cm, a width of 10 cm and a height of 6.7 cm, the mold offers plenty of room for your baking creations. Cleaning is particularly easy thanks to the smooth surface. For optimal results, it is recommended to grease the mold well before pouring in the batter and dust it with flour or crumbs to prevent sticking.
