Details

With the Riess Classic Color Red "Schlemmerpfanne" (gourmet pan) in a 30 cm diameter, you bring not only color but also functionality to your kitchen. This versatile serving pan is excellent for preparing dishes such as omelettes, vegetable skillets, or gratins and can be brought directly from the stove to the table.

Made of enameled steel, the pan impresses with its excellent heat conduction and quick response to temperature changes. It is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction and even open flame. The pore-free smooth surface is hygienic, neutral in taste, and resistant to cuts and scratches, allowing for easy cleaning.

With heat resistance up to 450°C and a recommended operating temperature of 220°C, the gourmet pan is also ideal for oven use, for example for gratinating dishes. The two loop handles make handling easier and make it the perfect companion for your culinary creations.
