The 3-layer multi-material with an aluminium core ensures fast and even heat distribution and supports energy-efficient, precise frying results. The innovative ProNero ceramic honeycomb coating is particularly durable, reliably protects against scratches and allows healthy, low-fat frying without PTFE or PFAS. Thanks to its ergonomic handle the pan sits securely in the hand, and with heat resistance up to 260 °C it is even oven-safe.
