The EBONIC frying pan 20 cm convinces with high-quality, 3-layer multi-layer technology: inside is 18/10 stainless steel with a mineral ceramic coating, followed by an aluminum core for fast and even heat distribution, and outside 18/0 stainless steel with an additional ceramic coating protects against wear.
The innovative ProNero ceramic honeycomb structure enhances the non-stick effect, makes the coating scratch-resistant and enables low-fat frying entirely without PTFE and PFAS.
Thanks to its compact diameter, the pan is ideal for single-person kitchens, smaller portions or side dishes. It is suitable for all hob types – including induction – and oven-safe up to approx. 260 °C.
