The EBONIC roasting pot 20 cm convinces with a high-quality 3-layer multi‑layer construction: inside 18/10 stainless steel with a ceramic coating, a central aluminum core for fast heat conduction, and outside 18/0 stainless steel with a ceramic finish. This design ensures even heat distribution and energy-efficient cooking.
The innovative ProNero ceramic honeycomb coating protects the surface from scratches and enables low-fat, gentle braising – completely free of PTFE and PFAS. Thanks to this robust non-stick sealant, food hardly sticks and cleaning is made considerably easier.
With its compact diameter of 20 cm, the pot is ideal for smaller roasts, stews, or vegetable side dishes. Ergonomically shaped handles provide a secure grip, and heat resistance up to 260 °C also makes it oven-safe. Suitable for all hob types – from gas through ceramic and electric to induction.
