The EBONIC 20 cm casserole pot features high-quality 3-ply construction: an 18/10 stainless steel interior with a ceramic coating, a middle aluminum core for fast heat conduction, and an 18/0 stainless steel exterior with a ceramic finish. This construction ensures even heat distribution and even cooking.
The innovative ProNero ceramic honeycomb coating protects the surface from scratches and allows for gentle, low-fat braising – completely free of PTFE and PFAS. Thanks to this robust nonstick coating, hardly anything sticks, making cleanup significantly easier.
With its compact diameter of 20 cm, the pot is well suited for smaller roasts, stews, or vegetable side dishes. Ergonomically shaped handles provide a secure grip, and heat resistance up to 260 °C makes it oven-safe, too. Suitable for all stovetop types – from gas, ceramic, and electric to induction.
