The Rösle Ebonic 28 cm frying pan combines a generous size with thoughtful design: With a diameter of 28 cm, it offers plenty of room for vegetable dishes, larger cuts of meat, or portions for guests. Made from high-quality, 3-ply material with an aluminum core and a stainless steel exterior, it distributes heat evenly – ideal for even frying.
The innovative ProNero ceramic honeycomb coating effectively protects the surface against scratches from cooking utensils and allows low-fat frying without PTFE or PFAS. Ergonomically shaped handles provide a secure grip and keep the pan comfortable to hold, even when stirring and serving.
Oven-safe up to approximately 260 °C and suitable for all stovetops – whether gas, electric, ceramic, or induction – this pan is a versatile everyday companion.
