The Rösle Ebonic frying pan 28 cm combines generous size with thoughtful engineering: with a diameter of 28 cm it offers plenty of space for vegetable stir-fries, larger cuts of meat or portions for guests. Made from high-quality, 3-layer multi‑material with an aluminum core and stainless steel exterior, it ensures evenly distributed heat – ideal for energy‑saving frying.
The innovative ProNero ceramic honeycomb coating effectively protects the surface from scratches caused by cooking utensils and allows low‑fat frying without PTFE and PFAS. Ergonomically shaped handles provide a secure grip and ensure the pan remains comfortable in the hand when stirring and serving.
Oven‑safe up to approx. 260 °C and suitable for all hob types – whether gas, electric, ceramic or induction – this pan is a versatile everyday companion.
