The EBONIC serving pan 28 cm impresses with its high-quality 3-layer multi-material construction featuring an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel with a black ceramic finish, a central aluminum core, and an outer layer of 18/10 stainless steel with a durable ceramic coating. The innovative ProNero ceramic honeycomb coating protects the surface from scratches, enables low-fat frying without PTFE or PFAS, and thus promotes healthier cooking.
With a 28 cm diameter, the pan offers ample space for larger portions or dishes for guests, is oven-safe up to 260 °C, and is compatible with all cooktops – from gas and induction to electric.
