Gefertigt aus hochwertigem 3‑lagigem Mehrschichtmaterial überzeugt er durch gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung und effizientes Garen: Innen Edelstahl 18/10 mit schwarzer ProNero Keramikversiegelung, mittig der Aluminiumkern zur schnellen Wärmeleitung, außen Edelstahl 18/0 mit robuster Keramikbeschichtung.
Die ProNero Keramik‑Wabenbeschichtung schützt die Oberfläche wirkungsvoll vor Kratzern, ermöglicht fettarmes Kochen ohne PTFE und PFAS und erleichtert die Reinigung. Mit seiner 24 cm Größe bietet der Topf ausreichend Platz, ergonomische Griffe sorgen für sichere Handhabung – und dank Hitzebeständigkeit bis 260 °C ist er auch für den Backofen geeignet.
