Du möchtest deine Gewürze und Kräuter frisch und aromatisch verarbeiten? Der Skeppshult Mörser aus Gusseisen mit einem Durchmesser von 11 cm und einer Höhe von 11,5 cm ist dafür ideal. Mit seinem Gewicht von 1,7 kg und dem 18 cm langen, beidseitig nutzbaren Stößel ermöglicht er müheloses Zerstoßen von Pfefferkörnern, Kümmel, Nelken sowie frischen und getrockneten Kräutern, Nüssen und Samen. So entfalten sich die Aromen und Öle optimal in deinen Gerichten.
Die raue Innenfläche des Mörsers sorgt für ein effizientes Mahlergebnis, während der abgerundete Boden die Handhabung erleichtert. Das Gusseisen ist ab Werk mit Rapsöl eingebrannt, was einen natürlichen Korrosionsschutz bietet und die Langlebigkeit des Produkts erhöht. Bitte beachte, dass säurehaltige Zutaten Korrosion verursachen können.
Die Reinigung ist unkompliziert: In der Regel genügt es, den Mörser mit einem trockenen oder leicht feuchten Tuch auszureiben. Bei Bedarf kann er mit warmem Wasser ausgespült und anschließend gründlich getrocknet werden. Verwende dabei kein Spülmittel und gib den Mörser nicht in die Spülmaschine, um die Qualität des Gusseisens zu erhalten.
