If you are looking for a robust and versatile grill plate, the de Buyer Mineral B Plancha Plate is just right for you. With its dimensions of 38 x 26 cm, it offers ample space for preparing a variety of dishes, from juicy steaks to crispy vegetables.
Made from 2.5 mm thick forged iron, this plate is characterized by excellent heat conduction and retention. It heats up quickly and evenly, allowing you to achieve optimal frying results. The straight sidewall allows for easy turning and serving of your dishes.
A special feature is the natural beeswax coating, which protects the iron from corrosion and facilitates seasoning. With regular seasoning, the surface develops a patina that over time unfolds a natural non-stick effect. This patina improves with each use and ensures an authentic frying aroma.
The plancha plate is equipped with riveted stainless steel handles that ensure safe handling. It is oven-safe up to 250 °C and suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. Please make sure that the size of your stove top matches the plate to achieve optimal results.
