Details

Your next culinary masterpiece begins with the Falk Culinair Flandria roaster. With a diameter of 20 cm and a capacity of 1.6 liters, it is ideal for preparing braised dishes, small roasts, or flavorful stews.

This roaster is made from an innovative 5-layer material: inside a 0.4 mm thick stainless steel layer, followed by 0.5 mm of aluminum, copper, and another 0.5 mm of aluminum, finished with 0.6 mm of magnetic stainless steel on the outside. This combination ensures fast and even heat distribution up to the top edge, allowing for precise cooking.

The ergonomically designed cast stainless steel handles are securely fastened to the body with two rivets and warm only moderately during cooking. The included stainless steel lid seals the roaster tightly so that aromas and nutrients are optimally preserved.

Suitable for all hob types, including induction, and oven-safe, this roaster offers maximum flexibility in the kitchen. Although dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to ensure the longevity of the high-quality material.

Whether you want to prepare a tender Coq au Vin, a hearty goulash, or a vegetarian ratatouille – with the Falk Culinair Flandria roaster every dish will turn out perfectly.
