Details

Your next culinary masterpiece begins with the Falk Culinair Flandria roaster. With a diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 2.9 liters, it offers ample space for a variety of dishes, from juicy braises to aromatic vegetable sautés.

The roaster is made from an innovative 5-layer material: inside 0.4 mm stainless steel, followed by 0.5 mm aluminum, copper, another 0.5 mm aluminum, and an outer 0.6 mm magnetic stainless steel. This combination ensures fast and even heat distribution up to the rim and enables precise cooking on all stovetops, including induction.

The ergonomically designed cast stainless steel handles are securely attached to the body with two rivets and only warm up moderately, ensuring safe handling. The included stainless steel lid seals the roaster perfectly and supports energy-efficient cooking.

The special interior polish reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier. Although the roaster is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve longevity. It is also oven-safe and therefore versatile in use.

Whether you want to prepare a tender coq au vin or create a hearty ratatouille – this roaster is your reliable partner for demanding cooking projects.
