Your next culinary masterpiece begins with the Falk Culinair Flandria roaster. With a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 4 liters, it offers ample space for a variety of dishes, from juicy roasts to aromatic braises.

This roaster is distinguished by its innovative 5-layer construction: an inner layer of 0.4 mm stainless steel, followed by 0.5 mm of aluminum, copper, and another 0.5 mm of aluminum, finished with 0.6 mm of magnetic stainless steel. This combination ensures fast and even heat distribution up to the upper edge, allowing for precise cooking. In addition, the roaster is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.

The ergonomically designed handles made of cast stainless steel are firmly attached to the body with two rivets and heat up only moderately, providing safe handling. The included stainless steel lid supports energy-saving cooking and retains heat inside.

The special interior polish reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier. Although the roaster is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to ensure longevity.

Whether you want to prepare a tender beef roast, a hearty coq au vin, or a vegetarian ratatouille – with the Falk Culinair Flandria roaster these dishes succeed effortlessly and at the highest level.
