If you're looking for a versatile braiser that's suitable both for stews and for searing meat and vegetables, the Falk Culinair Flandria braiser with a conical shape and a 28 cm diameter is just the thing for you.

This braiser is made from an innovative 5-layer material with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The combination of stainless steel, aluminum and a copper core ensures fast and even heat distribution up to the upper edges. This allows you to cook precisely and efficiently, regardless of the type of stove – including induction.

The conical shape with a pouring rim makes stirring and serving food easier. The cast stainless steel handles are firmly attached to the body with two rivets and warm only moderately, so you can handle the braiser safely. In addition, the braiser is oven-safe and dishwasher-safe, although hand washing is recommended to ensure longevity.

With a capacity of 4.55 liters, this braiser provides enough space for larger portions, ideal for family meals or when entertaining guests. The special interior polish reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier.
