If you are looking for a versatile roaster that is suitable both for braised dishes and for searing meat and vegetables, the Falk Culinair Flandria roaster with a conical shape and a 28 cm diameter is just right for you.

This roaster is made from an innovative 5-layer material with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The combination of stainless steel, aluminum and a copper core ensures fast and even heat distribution up to the upper edges. This allows you to cook precisely and efficiently, regardless of the type of hob – including induction.

The conical shape with a pouring rim makes stirring and serving food easier. The cast stainless steel handles are securely attached to the body with two rivets and only heat up moderately, so you can handle the roaster safely. In addition, the roaster is oven-safe and dishwasher-safe, although hand washing is recommended to ensure longevity.

With a capacity of 4.55 liters, this roaster offers enough space for larger portions, ideal for family meals or when entertaining guests. The special interior finish reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier.
