Details

Your culinary repertoire deserves high-quality cookware that combines precision and versatility. The Falk Culinair Flandria wok with a 28 cm diameter and a 4.5 liter capacity is designed exactly for that.

This wok is made from an innovative 5-layer material with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The layers consist of: 0.4 mm stainless steel, followed by 0.5 mm aluminum, 0.5 mm copper and another 0.5 mm aluminum, finished with 0.6 mm magnetic stainless steel. This construction ensures rapid and even heat distribution up to the upper rim, allowing you to control the temperature precisely and use energy efficiently.

The ergonomically designed cast stainless steel handles are firmly attached to the body with two and three rivets respectively and heat only moderately, so you can handle the wok safely. The special interior finish reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier. Although the wok is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing to ensure longevity.

Whether you want to prepare crisp vegetables using the stir-fry method, sear meat at high heat, or create Asian noodle dishes — this wok is your reliable partner. It is suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and is oven-safe. A matching lid is available optionally to further expand your cooking options.
