Your search for high-quality cookware for precise work in the kitchen ends here: the Falk Culinair Flandria sauteuse with a 20 cm diameter and a 1.7 liter capacity is a true all-rounder. Whether you reduce sauces, sauté vegetables or sear meat — this sauteuse supports you in a wide range of preparations.

Thanks to the innovative 5-layer construction of stainless steel, aluminium and a copper core, the sauteuse offers excellent heat conduction and distribution. The 2.5 mm wall thickness ensures that heat is transferred quickly and evenly up to the upper edge, giving you precise temperature control. In addition, the cookware is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.

The ergonomically shaped cast stainless steel handle sits comfortably in the hand and heats only moderately during cooking. The secure riveting firmly attaches the handle to the body, ensuring long service life. The special interior polish reduces food sticking and makes cleaning easier. Although the sauteuse is dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain quality in the long term.

An optionally available lid expands the sauteuse’s range of uses, for example for gently steaming vegetables or braising meat. With the Falk Culinair Flandria sauteuse you are investing in durable and versatile cookware that takes your culinary creations to a new level.
